Ingredients
1 Milk powder 8 tablespoons
2 All purpose flour (maida) 4 tablespoons
3 Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
4 Ghee 1 tablespoon
5 Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
6 Ghee for frying
For syrup -
7 Sugar 2 cups
8 Water 4 cups
9 Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
10 Rose water 2 teaspoons
Method
Heat a pan ,add sugar and water ,mix it .then add cardamom powder and rose water and cook until sugar dissolves. In a large bowl ,sift milk powder, maida and baking soda.Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee ,rub it .Add enough water to kneed it . Now heat oil or ghee in a pan .make dough balls ,fry over medium heat until light brown.Soak fried ball in syrup until becomes double in size,and soft and spongy.

This is very soft, melty and sweet concoction of milk powder. Enjoy!!!!
