| Method |
|
Heat a pan ,add sugar and water ,mix it .then add cardamom
powder and rose water and cook until sugar dissolves.
In a large bowl ,sift milk powder, maida and baking soda.Now
add 1 tablespoon of ghee ,rub it .Add enough water to kneed it .
Now heat oil or ghee in a pan .make dough balls ,fry over
medium heat until light brown.Soak fried ball in syrup until
becomes double in size,and soft and spongy.
