Ingredients
1 Coconut , finely grated 250 grams
2 Sugar 250 grams
3 Water 1+ 1/2 cups
4 Ghee to grease the plate
Method
Make a simple syrup by heating sugar and water together. In another pan And heated it through. Now add coconut in syrup by constant stirring it become tender. Now spread it on a greased plate and cool.
Servings-depends upon the size
Introduction of the dish
Coconut is widely use in South-Indian cooking, either to make gravy or chutney.This is the sweet concoction of coconut.
