Carrot Halwa

Ingredients
1 Milk 1 +1/2 litres
2 Carrots 1 kg
3 Sugar 300 grams
4 Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
5 Saffron [optional] few strands
6 Mixed dry fruits 2 tablespoons
7 Ghee 4 tablespoons
Method
Wash the carrots , clean it and grate it. Heat a milk in a pan ,add carrots and sugar and cook it until thickens by constant stirring it. Now add ghee ,cardamom powder, saffron and mixed dry fruits . Serve hot or cold as per you like.
