Green cardamom powder |
1/2 teaspoon |

Saffron [optional] |

Mixed dry fruits |
2 tablespoons |

Ghee |
4 tablespoons |
| Method |
|
Wash the carrots , clean it and grate it. Heat a milk in a pan ,add
carrots and sugar and cook it until thickens by constant stirring it.
Now add ghee ,cardamom powder, saffron and mixed dry fruits .
Serve hot or cold as per you like.
