Ingredients
1 Cabbage, thinly sliced 1 head
2 Green bell peppers (capsicum), thinly sliced 3
3 Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced (julienne) 3
4 Paneer, cut into cubes 100 grams
5 French beans, chopped 10-12
6 Onions, thinly sliced 3
7 Garlic, peeled & finely chopped 8 cloves
8 Ginger, peeled & finely chopped 1 teaspoon
9 Salt to taste
10 Green chilies, finely chopped 4
11 Garam masala 1 teaspoon
12 Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
12 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 3 tablespoons
13 Red chili powder 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
14 Coriander powder 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
15 Oil 3 tablespoons
16 Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Method
Heat oil in a large pan or kadahi over medium-high heat, add paneer cubes and fry until brown, drain and set aside. Now into the same pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add onions, ginger, garlic and green chilies and cook until brown, now add all the vegetables and paneer, stir, then sprinkle all the powdered spices and stir to coat well. Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables becomes tender and all the water is absorbed and oil comes out. Garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon juice and serve.
