| Method |
|
Heat oil in a large pan or kadahi over medium-high heat, add paneer cubes and fry until brown, drain and set aside. Now into the same pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add onions, ginger, garlic and green chilies and cook until brown, now add all the vegetables and paneer, stir, then sprinkle all the powdered spices and stir to coat well. Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables becomes tender and all the water is absorbed and oil comes out. Garnish it with chopped coriander and lemon juice and serve.
