1+ 1/2 teaspoons |

Red chili powder |

Cumin powder |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add sliced bell peppers and fry until brown. Drain and set aside. Now into the same pan add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds, add onions and cook until brown. Now add tomatoes and green chili paste and cook until oil comes out on the surface. Add all the powdered spices with 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil comes out. Now add corn and bell peppers with 1 cup of water, bring to a boil and cook until thickens. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
