Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan or kadahi, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add ginger, green chilies and asafetida and fry for 30 seconds, add hara chana, and all the powdered spices and 1/2 cup of water, stir , cover and cook over low heat until done and all the water is evaporated, Garnish it lemon juice and chopped coriander and serve.
