| Method |
|
Heat oil in a large pan or kadahi over medium-high heat, add cumin seeds
and let it splutter, now add onions and cook for 2 minutes, now add ginger
and garlic and cook until lightly browned. Now add tomatoes and cook for 2
minutes, add all the powdered masalas with 1/2 cup or more of water and cook
until oil comes out on the surface. Now add chopped potatoes, peas and
cauliflower florets, stir, cover and cook over medium-low heat until cooked
through and all the water is absorbed. Garnish it with chopped green
coriander and serve.
