| Method |
Wash both dals well, drain. Heat oil in a pressure cooker over high heat, add
dals, all vegetables and masalas and enough water to cover all the contents,
cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Let it open by itself, then hand blend
all the contents.
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and asafetida and let it splutter, pour
this in the cooker over the cooked vegetables and dal mixture, stir aand serve.
