| Method |

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add mustard seeds, green chilies and curry leaves and let them splutter. Now add all the powdered spices, stir then add potatoes, stir well to coat all over, now add 1/2 cup of water, to make a little gravy, and cook for 3-4 minutes. serve.
