| Method |

Cut upper side of the with sharp knife, scoop all the seeds off. Heat 1
teaspoon oil in a pan, add onions and fry until light brown, now add
finely chopped tinde seeds to the onions and fry for 5 mins.Now add
all the powdered spices and water to it, stir and fry until oil comes out
Now add crushed nutrila to it and cook with water until soft and thick.
Now add besan and stir. Stuff all the tinde with this masala, leave 1
tablespoon of masala aside .Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon of masala
along with the tomato puree to it, stir, now add stuffed tinde to it add
little water and cook until tender. Serve hot with roti or parantha.
