| Method |

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. add chopped onions and cook for
3 mins. now add chopped tomatoes and cook for other 3 mins.Now
add peas and cream to it, stir, then add eggs, salt and pepper and cook
until eggs are perfectly cooked. Cut the capsicum from very upper end.
Stuff the capsicum with this egg masala. Cook it either in oven or in
non- stick pan until tender.

Shimla mirch, also known as capsicum and is used in so many different colours. You can use any shimla mirch you have on hand.
You can also add potatoes or paneer in place of eggs.
