Ingredients
1 Baingan , small sized 6
2 Paneer , mashed 1/2 cup
3 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
4 Chat masala 1 teaspoon
5 Salt to taste
6 Oil 1 tablespoon
Method
Wash the brinjals and make a cross cut. In a bowl, mix paneer and all the masala .Stuff the brinjals with this masala, rub some oil outside the brinjals and cook it either in oven or in a pan [with 1/2 cup of water] until tender.

Introduction of the dish
Brinjals, also known as eggplants or baingan, is widely used in Italian as well as French cooking to make eggplant parmesan and eggplant gratins. In India it is used to make bharta, bharwan baingan and bhaji.
