Urad dal |

Black pepper powder |
1/2 teaspoon |

Green chilies, finely chopped |

Curry leaves, chopped |

Oil |
for frying |
| Method |
|
Soak dal in water for at least 3 hours, drain and grind well to smooth paste.
Now add all the ingredients into dal, stir well and set aside for 4 hours. Now
make small ball from the mixture at a time, make hole in the centre with your
thumb, and deep fry in hot oil until golden-brown.
