| Method |
|
Heat 1/4 cup of ghee in a pan over medium-high heat, add semiya and cook
until golden-brown by constantly stirring it. Now add milk and sugar to it,
stir, turn the flame to low and cook until semiya becomes tender and payasam
becomes slightly thick. Serve.
