| Method |
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium-low heat, add rava and cook it
until lightly browned. Set aside.
Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add mustard seeds,
urad dal and gram dal and let it splutter, now add onions, chilies and asfoetida
and cook until lightly browned. Now add 3 cups of water, when it starts to boil
, add rava, stir over low heat, until all the water is absorbed. Garnish it with
chopped coriander and serve.
