Coriander powder |

Garam masala |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

Oil or ghee |

| Method |
Combine curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala na nutmeg, whisk well until incorporated, set aside.
Put chops in a pressure cooker with green chilies,tomatoes, garlic, ginger and salt and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles, until half done.
Heat oil in a pan, add chops mixture and fry for 10-15 minutes.Now add curd mixture and cook for further 5-7 minutes.Put the lid on and pressure cook for 5 minutes. Let it open, add chopped coriander, stir and serve.
