Ingredients

All purpose flour [maida] |
1/4 cup |
| 2 |
Wheat flour |
2 cups |
| 3 |
Ghee or oil |
2 tablespoons |
| 4 |
Curd or yogurt |
2 tablespoons |
| 5 |
Salt |
to taste |
| Method |
|
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, knead into a soft dough and set
aside for 2 hours. Heat the griddle [tava] ,make roti from the dough, put it
on tava, brush some water on upper surface and turn. Now cook it over
flame and serve hot with your favourite sabji.
