Ingredients
1 All purpose flour [maida] 1/4 cup
2 Wheat flour 2 cups
3 Ghee or oil 2 tablespoons
4 Curd or yogurt 2 tablespoons
5 Salt to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, knead into a soft dough and set aside for 2 hours. Heat the griddle [tava] ,make roti from the dough, put it on tava, brush some water on upper surface and turn. Now cook it over flame and serve hot with your favourite sabji.
