Plain Kulcha

Ingredients
1 All purpose flour [maida] 450 grams
2 Ghee or oil 30 grams
3 Sugar 2 teaspoons
4 Milk [warm] 1 cup
5 Yogurt 1/4 cup
6 Salt to taste
7 Black or white sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
8 Yeast 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
9 Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
Method
In a bowl, sift maida, now add to it oil, sugar, milk, yogurt, salt, yeast and soda and mix well add some water and knead to a soft dough. Cover it with wet cloth and set it aside for 1 hour. Knead well again divide in equal parts make ball of each part, give it a form of roti, spread some oil and sesame seeds over and bake it in oven. Serve hot with chhole and green chutney.
