Ingredients
1 All-purpose flour [maida] 3 cups
2 Oil 1 tablespoon
3 Curd or yogurt 1/2 cup
4 Butter 2 tablespoons
5 Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
6 Salt to taste
7 Warm milk to knead the dough
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead to a soft dough, cover with wet cloth and set aside for at least 6 hours. Heat the griddle [tava] over medium-high heat, roll the rotis, slightly wet the upper surface of the roti, put it on the griddle and cook, turn and cook on other side. Serve.

It is a famous Punjabi roti. Very delicious and soft to eat.
