Ingredients
1 Whole wheat flour(atta) 3 cups
2 Mooli (radishes), peeled & grated 4
3 Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
4 Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
5 Green chilies, finely chopped 4
6 Salt to taste
7 Ginger, peeled & grated 1/2 teaspoon
8 Garlic, peeled & finely chopped (optional) 3 cloves
9 Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
10 Oil or butter for frying
11 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Method
Combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and enough water to knead into a soft dough, cover and set aside.
For stuffing-
Squeeze all the water from mooli and transfer it to a bowl, add green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, chili powder, salt, garam masala and fresh coriander, mix well.
Make several small balls out of dough, take one ball, roll it on the floured surface, add 1 tablespoon or more stuffing in the centre, close it and roll it again. Heat the griddle [tava] over medium-high heat, put the rolled parantha on the griddle, and cook it on both the sides by adding enough oil. Repeat this process with other balls and serve.

Introduction of the dish
Mooli is good for the digestion, you can also make mooli stuffing just like cauliflower stuffing.
