Ingredients

All purpose flour [maida] |
2 cups |

Yogurt or curd |
2 tablespoons |

Butter or oil |
2 tablespoons |

Baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon |
| 5 |
Milk [warm] |
to knead the dough |
| 6 |
Salt |
to taste |
| 7 |
Oil |
for frying |
| Method |
|
Mix all the ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Cover it with wet
cloth and set it aside for 6 hours or overnight.Heat oil in deep pan, make
rotis out of the dough and fry in oil. Serve hot with chhole and acchar.
