Ingredients
1 All purpose flour [maida] 2 cups
2 Yogurt or curd 2 tablespoons
3 Butter or oil 2 tablespoons
4 Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
5 Milk [warm] to knead the dough
6 Salt to taste
7 Oil for frying
Method
Mix all the ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Cover it with wet cloth and set it aside for 6 hours or overnight.Heat oil in deep pan, make rotis out of the dough and fry in oil. Serve hot with chhole and acchar.
