| Method |
|
Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cinnamon and let them splutter, now add rice and toast for 4-5 minutes. now add 4 cups of water and salt, bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat until done. Let it cool and serve.
