| Method |
|
Blend in together the coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies and set
aside. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add cumin seeds and let it
splutter. Now add onions and fry for 2 minutes, add ginger-garlic paste and
cook until becomes light brown. Add the blended mixture, stir and cook
until thickens and become aromatic, now add rice, salt, garam masala and
peas and cook until incorporated, serve.
