| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add onions and fry until light brown, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and fry for 1 minute, now add carrots, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt, stir, cover and cook until carrots becomes tender. Add rice, stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
