Garam masala |

Oil or ghee |

| Method |

Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add onions and cook until light brown, add capsicum and fry until light brown. Now add rice, salt and garam masala, stir well to coat all over and cook for 2-3 minutes, serve.
