Ingredients
1 Paneer, cut into small cubes 200 grams
2 Spinach, washed, boiled and pureed 1 kg
3 Onions, finely chopped 2
4 Tomatoes, finely chopped 4
5 Ginger, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon
6 Garlic, finely chopped 5 cloves
7 Whole red chilies 2
8 Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
9 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
10 Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
11 Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
12 Salt to taste
13 Oil 3 tablespoons
14 Fresh cream 2 teaspoons
15 Grated paneer, for garnish 1 tablespoon
Method
Heat oil in a pan or kadahi over medium-high heat, add paneer pieces and fry until light brown, drain and set aside.
Into the same pan, add cumin seeds and whole red chilies and let it splutter, now add onions and cook for 2 minutes, add ginger and garlic and cook until light brown. Now add tomatoes, stir, cover and cook over medium-low heat, until tender. Now add all the powdered spices with 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil comes out on the surface. Add spinach puree and paneer, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes until thickens. Garnish it with grated paneer and fresh cream and serve.

Spinach is full of vitamins, iron and fibers and paneer is full of calcium, so it's good for everyone especially for pregnant ladies.
