Amla |

Mustard seeds |
1/ 2 teaspoon |

Cumin seeds |
1/ 2 teaspoon |

Lemon |

Salt |
1+ 1/2 tablespoons |

Mustard oil |

| Method |
|
Wash and dry amla and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add green chilies and fry for 2 minutes. Remove the chilies from the pan. Now add cumin and mustard seeds and let it splutter, now add amla and salt and fry for few minutes, sprinkle some water and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add green chilies back to the pan, stir and serve.
