| Method |
|
In a bowl, take chat masala, kasoori methi, dahi, red chili powder,
and salt, mix it well. To it add all the vegetables and paneer, mix
it well and set aside for 30 minutes.Heat a non - stick pan, arrange the
cubed pieces of paneer, onions, capsicum and tomatoes alternately
and cook it on medium flame until brown. Serve hot with sprinkle of
chat masala.
