| Method |
Combine besan, soda, salt, red chili powder, green chilies together with water to form a thick batter, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan or kadahi over medium-high heat, coat paneer pieces in this batter and fry in hot oil few at a time, until golden brown and crispy. Repeat this process with all the paneer pieces. Sprinkle with chopped green coriander and chat masala and serve.
