Ingredients
1 Paneer 250 grams
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped or pureed 4
3 Fresh cream 1 cup
4 Butter 2 tablespoons
5 Fenugreek seeds (methi) 1/2 teaspoon
6 Ginger-garlic paste 1+ 1/2 teaspoons
7 Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
8 Green chilies, cut lengthwise 3
9 Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
10 Salt to taste
11 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
12 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Method
Heat butter in a pan, add fenugreek seeds and let it splutter, now add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute, now add tomatoes, cream and all the powdered spices and cook until oil comes out on the surface, add paneer and 1/2 cup of water, stir and cook for 2 minutes, garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
