Garam masala |

Oil or ghee |

| Method |
|
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium-high heat, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Now add onion and ginger-garlic paste and cook until lightly browned. Now add tomatoes and cook until oil comes out on the surface and tomatoes becomes tender. Add all the powdered spices together with ½ cup of water and cook until oil comes out on the surface. Now add fresh cream and mava and cook for 2 minutes, add paneer and 1 cup of water and cook until gravy thickens. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
