| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add cumin and let it splutter, now add onions and cook for 2 minutes. add ginger-garlic paste and cook until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, green chilies and all the powdered spices together with 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil comes out on the surface and tomatoes becomes tender. Now add paneer with 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil comes out on the surface. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
