Paneer, cut into thick cubes |

Fresh cream |

Cashew paste |

Ginger-green chili paste |

White pepper powder |
1/2 teaspoon |

Hung curd |

Lemon juice |
of 1 lemon |

Salt |
to taste |

Oil |
1 tablespoon |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons |
| Method |
In a large bowl, combine curd, cream, cashew paste, ginger-chili paste, pepper powder, salt and oil, mix well until incorporated. Now add paneer cubes, stir to coat well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Now either thread paneer cubes in seekhs and cook them in tandoor or pan-fry them in a non-stick pan until brown all-over. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
