| Method |
|
Place potatoes, beets and cucumber on the serving platter, sprinkle it with sprouts, then sprinkle it with red chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and salt.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter, pour this tadka over curd, stir well. Now pour this curd over potato-beets. Serve.
