Fresh cream |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
Soak the melon seeds in water and grind it a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add paneer cubes and fry until light brown, drain and set aside. Into the same pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add ginger and fry for 30 seconds, add tomatoes and green chilies, stir and cook over low heat until tender. Now add all the powdered spices, fresh cream, melon paste and 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil comes out on the surface. Now add paneer with 2-3 cups of water, bring to a boil, cover and cook over medium heat until gravy becomes thick. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
