Ingredients

Paneer, cut into cubes |

| Grind to a paste- |

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped |

Whole black peppercorns |

Black cardamom seeds |
of 2 cardamoms |

Lemon juice |
of 1 lemon |

Salt |
1+ 1/2 teaspoons |

Fresh coconut, grated |
1 tablespoon |
| Method |
Combine all the ingredients of paste in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste, marinate the paneer in this masala for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the paneer in a griller or pan-fry it in a non-stick pan with oil. Garnish it with coconut and serve.
