Ingredients

Shrimps, de- shelled & de-veined |

Onion, finely chopped |

Celery, chopped |

Cilantro or green coriander, finely chopped |

Chili paste |

Black pepper powder |

Oil |
1 tablespoon |

Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon |
| Method |
Cook the shrimps in boiling water with lemon juice for 5 minutes, drain.
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl, add shrimps, stir well to coat all over, transfer them to the greased baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
