Spinach, washed & finely chopped |

| Method |
|
Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat, add bay leaf, cinnamon and
cardamom and cook for 30 seconds, now add onions, ginger, garlic and
green chilies and cook until brown. Now add all the powdered spices
together with curd and 1/2 cup of water and cook until oil comes out on the
surface. Add mutton and cook for 20 minutes until all the water is
evaporated. Transfer it the pressure cooker, add spinach and 1 cup of water,
stir, cover and cook for 4 whistles, turn off the flame. Let it open. Now again
put the pressure cooker over the flame and cook until thickens. Serve.
