| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add bay leaves, cinnamon and
cardamom and cook for 30 seconds, now add onions and cook for 2 minutes,
now add ginger and garlic and cook until brown, add tomato puree and all the
powdered spices with 1/2 cup of water and cook over medium-low heat, until oil
comes out on the surface. Now add mutton and cook until all the water is
evaporated. Now transfer it the pressure cooker and cook for 4 whistles. Turn
off the flame, let it open, garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.
