| Method |
In a bowl add pepper, turmeric and salt, mix it and rub it well on washed
fish. Heat oil in a pan, fry fish to golden brown, drain on paper and set
aside.
Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan, now add ginger , garlic ,onion and fenugreek
seeds and fry for 5 minutes until brown. Now add curry powder, cinnamon,
and curry leaves and stir, now add tamarind liquid and coconut milk stir and
simmer until thickens .Pour over fried fish and serve.
