Fish Cutlets

Ingredients
1 Fish 500 grams
2 Egg, beaten 1
3 Bread , dipped in water & then squeezed 1 slice
4 Corn flour 1 tablespoon
5 Bread crumbs 1 cup
6 Ginger-garlic paste 1+ 1/2 teaspoons
7 Green chilies, chopped 2
8 Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
9 Salt to taste
10 Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
11 Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
12 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
13 Oil for frying
Method
Wash fish well, rub each piece with salt and turmeric powder and set aside for at least 30 minutes, wash again and drain.
Now steam fish over a pan of hot water and remove all the bones. Mash it with hands or masher. Except oil, combine fish, bread, red chili powder, salt,, ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, green chilies and chopped coriander together with fish in a bowl, mix it well. Now make cutlets of round or any shape you want.
Beat egg lightly. Dip cutlet in egg and roll them in bread crumbs and fry them in medium-hot oil until golden-brown all-over. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.

Introduction of the dish
You can steam your fish either over hot water or in steamer or you can just poach it in water with lemon juice until tender.
