Tomatoes, finely chopped |

Curd or yogurt, beaten |

Cayenne or red chili powder |

Roasted cumin seeds, powdered |

Garam masala |

Lemon juice |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
Put the chops, onions, tomatoes, curd, red chili powder, salt, ginger and garlic in a large heavy-bottomed pan stir well and bring to a boil. Now turn the heat to low, cover and cook for 40-50 minutes, until the chops are almost cooked.
Now add cumin powder, stir and cook over low heat for further 15-20 minutes, until the chops becomes tender and gravy becomes thick. Now add garam masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves, stir and serve.
