Paneer[cottage cheese], cut into small cubes |

Ginger, peeled and finely chopped |

Red chili powder |

Garam masala |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

| Method |
|
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add paneer and fry until light brown,
drain and set aside. Now into the same pan, add cumin seeds and let it
splutter, now add onions and cook for 2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and
cook until light brown. Now add capsicum and paneer, stir, then sprinkle all the
powdered spices over, stir, cover and cook over medium-low heat, until
capsicum becomes tender, for about 10 minutes. Garnish it with chopped
coriander and serve.
