Shimla Mirch Paneer [Dry]

Ingredients
1 Paneer[cottage cheese], cut into small cubes 200 grams
2 Capsicum [shimla mirch], thinly sliced 4
3 Onions, thinly sliced 2
4 Garlic, finely chopped 5 cloves
5 Ginger, peeled and finely chopped 1/ 2 teaspoon
6 Cumin seeds 1/ 2 teaspoon
7 Coriander powder 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
8 Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
9 Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
10 Salt to taste
11 Oil 2 tablespoons
12 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add paneer and fry until light brown, drain and set aside. Now into the same pan, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add onions and cook for 2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and cook until light brown. Now add capsicum and paneer, stir, then sprinkle all the powdered spices over, stir, cover and cook over medium-low heat, until capsicum becomes tender, for about 10 minutes. Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve.

This is one good concoction of paneer, which is delicious and easy to make at the same time.You can serve this dish as an appetizer or as a maincourse.
