Ingredients

Potatoes, boiled and mashed into large pieces |

Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped |

Dry mango powder [amchoor] |

Ghee or oil |
2 tablespoons |

Butter |

| Method |

Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium-high heat, add cumin and heeng and
let it splutter. Now add potatoes and salt, stir and cook on low heat until lightly
browned. Add chopped coriander, stir, transfer to a plate and let it cool.
Heat the grilled sandwich maker or griddle [tava], spread only one surface of
each bread slices with butter. Now place enough potato stuffing on the un-
buttered surface, cover with other slice again from the un-buttered surface
to make a sandwich. Now grill these sandwiches in grilled sandwich maker
and serve.
