Ingredients

Noodles, broken into large pieces |

Green capsicum, thinly sliced |

Carrot, cut halfway and then thinly sliced |

Cabbage, finely sliced |

Onion, thinly sliced |

Green onions, chopped |

Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon |

Salt |
to taste |

Tomato ketchup |
to taste |

Oil |

| Method |
Boil good quantity of water in a large pan, add noodles and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
and cook until cooked through, drain, wash under cold water, drain again and
set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add onions and cook until lightly
browned, now add all the chopped vegetables, stir, add salt and cook until
tender. Now add noodles and soy sauce, toss well to coat all over and cook for
2 minutes. add tomato ketchup, stir and cook for further 1 minute and serve.
