Potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed |

Corn flour |

Mava or khoya |
2 tablespoons |

Paneer, grated |

Almonds, chopped |

Cashews, chopped |

Walnuts, finely chopped |

for frying |
| For green paste- |
| 12 |
Ginger, chopped |
1 teaspoon |

Pudina leaves |

| Method |
|
Blend all the ingredients of green paste, French beans and peas in a blender,
and transfer to a bowl, now add mashed potatoes, red chili powder, garam
masala, salt and corn flour into it, mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, mix paneer, mava, almonds, cashews and walnuts and make
small balls out of it, now stuff these balls into green mixture and deep fry
them in hot oil until golden brown. Serve.

You can serve these cutlets either for breakfast or as a snack.
If the green mixture becomes too wet, you can add more corn flour. |
