Ingredients
1 Rice, boiled 2 cups
2 Curd, beaten 2 cups
3 Chana dal 1 teaspoon
4 Urad dal 1 teaspoon
5 Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
6 Ginger, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon
7 Desiccated coconut 2 tablespoons
8 Oil or ghee 2 tablespoons
9 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons
10 Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Method
Combine rice, curd, salt and desiccated coconut, mix well to combine. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add mustard seeds and let it splutter, now add ginger and green chilies and cook for 1 minute. Pour this tadka over rice. Stir, add chopped coriander, stir again and serve.
