| Method |
Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat, add cumin seeds and let
it splutter, now add onions and cook until lightly browned. Add ginger-garlic
paste and cook for 2 minutes, now add tomatoes and cook until tender. Add
french beans, carrots, cauliflower, peas, salt and 1/2 cup pf water, cover and
cook for 2 whistles and for 4 minutes on low. Let it open. Now add mashed
potatoes and pav-bhaji masala to the cooker, stir well and cook on low for
further 3 minutes. Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter and chopped coriander, stir
and transfer to the bowl to cool.
Heat the griddle [tava] over medium-high heat, add butter and place the pav
on it and cook a bit. Serve hot with bhaji.
