Ingredients
1 Basmati rice 1+ 1/2 cups
2 Potato, peeled & chopped 1
3 Onions, finely chopped 2
4 Carrot, peeled & chopped 1
5 Green bell pepper, cored & chopped 1
6 Cabbage, shredded 1 cup
7 Cauliflower, cut into small florets 1 cup
8 Nutrela nuggets 1/2 cup
9 Tomatoes, finely chopped 2
10 Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
11 Green chilies, finely chopped 2
12 Peas 1/2 cup
13 Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
14 Coriander powder 1 + 1/2 teaspoons
15 Red chili powder 1+ 1/2 teaspoons
16 Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
17 Salt to taste
18 Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
19 Ghee 1 tablespoon
20 Oil 3 tablespoons
Method
Soak nutrela nuggets in hot water for 15-20 minutes, drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat, add cumin seeds and let it splutter, now add onions and cook until light brown, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and cook for 1 minute. Add all the powdered spices and stir for 1 minute, add well washed rice, all the vegetables and nuggets with 3 cups of water, cover and cook for 2-3 whistles, turn off the flame and let it open. Add ghee, stir and serve.

It is a very simple way to make a meal. There are numerous vegetables added, but you can add any vegetables you like, or you have on hand. Just take rice, throw some vegetables and spices, cook and serve.
