Ginger-garlic paste |

Green chilies, finely chopped |

Turmeric powder |
1/4 teaspoon |

| Method |
Soak nutrela nuggets in hot water for 15-20 minutes, drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium-high heat, add cumin seeds and
let it splutter, now add onions and cook until light brown, add ginger-garlic
paste and green chilies and cook for 1 minute. Add all the powdered spices
and stir for 1 minute, add well washed rice, all the vegetables and nuggets
with 3 cups of water, cover and cook for 2-3 whistles, turn off the flame and
let it open. Add ghee, stir and serve.
