Egg Toast

Ingredients
1 Eggs 2
2 Bread slices 4
3 Green chilies, finely chopped 2
4 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 tablespoon
5 Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
6 Salt to taste
7 Oil or ghee 3 tablespoons
Method
Remove the brown edges off from each bread slice, and cut it into 2 triangles. In a bowl, crack all the eggs, beat them. Except oil, add all the other ingredients in to the eggs, whisk well with a fork to combine. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee in a pan, dip two slices, one at a time in an egg mixture, put it in a pan and cook until brown on one side, now turn it and cook it on second side until golden-brown. Repeat this process with all bread slices and serve.

Introduction of the dish
Always crack each egg in separate bowl and then transfer it to the mixing bowl, because you never know which egg is rotten.
